I am interested in this condo model but am somewhat confused at the price. On the developers web side this particular unit is featured with a lot in the upper 200’s. Am I missing something? I’m interested in an Avalon Villia or potentially a Canal lot such as T16.
Pricing is not clear on pre construction including lot pricing. The lot pricing varies, I believe including construction should vary as well.
