In four short years, Cindy has become a multi-million dollar producer in the Pensacola, NAS Pensacola and Perdido Key market. Beginning in management as IT Director for a large real estate brokerage along the Emerald Coast, the Sales Manager of a smaller brokerage, and an Owner of her own company, Cindy has reached the pinnacle of real estate.
Cindy is currently establishing herself as an international real estate professional with the completion of the coursework for Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and obtaining the Transnational Referral Certification.
Cindy’s in-depth training includes special real estate courses such as Economics, Financing, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Investments, 1031 Exchanges, Taxation, Creative Financing, and Internet Marketing Strategies. She has been a real estate investor for the past 12 years and has attended numerous workshops and seminars.
