I’m interested in an Avalon Villia or potentially a Canal lot such as T16.
Pricing is not clear on pre construction including lot pricing. The lot pricing varies, I believe including construction should vary as well.
No pricing of Canal Lot 16 found on website.

I am interested in this condo model but am somewhat confused at the price. On the developers web side this particular unit is featured with a lot in the upper 200’s. Am I missing something? I had interest in the 2700 sq ft single story home. I can be reached at 856371-6010. This house came out nice .Thank you for your time

I read your January 3rd blog about your tour in Belize.
I am an American and I live in Belize with my wife.
We currently have our home for sale and perhaps one or more of the tourists would be interested in seeing it.
